My Background
I've loved taking pictures since I received my first camera when I was 8 years old. I give a lot of credit to my grandfather that made me sit and watch the slides shows of pictures that he took...there were a lot of pictures of flowers that we stopped on the side of the road for.

Photography as Communication
I am surrounded both by natural beauty and interesting people. I use my camera to document the world and then print images with a focus on the magic I find in daily life. My pictures tell my stories.
